Our computer homework must be handed in next week. We have to use “Flash” to make a thirty-minute animation, but everyone has struggles in it. Because our computer teacher taught fast in class, she always explained one order closely to another. Even if we understand how to operate the software after teacher taught, we forgot the steps soon after teacher giving another instruction. On facebook of our class, I posted: ”Flash~ I have given up~ ”everyone agreed with me and then gave me commendations.
I really don’t understand why we should learn this software, is it important? I wondered there were few people would thought that making an animation by himself is useful and meaningful in our lives. Many people such as my family, they even don’t know what the “Flash” is and how to use it, their lives are still similar to mine, don’t they? I am t a professional movie maker, so I think I don’t have to understand every detail clearly, should I?I have tried my best to make the role of my animation move, but it didn’ t work. Actually, I hate this homework very very much.
The day we have to hand in our work will come soon, it means that I have to finish it at home, but there isn’t Flash in my computer. Tonight, my dad tried to download the software from the Internet, but he failed on it. Then, my mom called her student for help(who is a software seller),fortunately, he has that horrible software. However, he will visit Taipei tomorrow. For this reason, my parents drove to his house immediately(by the way, his house is located in the former Kaoshiung county and it was 22:30 then)What’s worse, his copy machinewas broken, so he could just compress it in USB.When my parents got home, we tried to restore the file, but……we were unable to do that. I was so anxious because of this urgent difficult work, I cried.
I know I am a senior high student(I mustn’t be so ), but this work has given me too much pressure. Even if I install the software in my computer, I still don’t know what I should do next. And, I also think that I am not independent enough, my parents helped me all things they could do. They have to go out in such a cold night and came up with solutions to my work. I think that’s all my fault.
Yes, I am still crying when I write this worrying thing down. My dad went back from 7-11 just now, he went there to find if there were the software or not, of course, No! Although the answer is negative, I still thanked my parents for doing so much for me.
I have to worry about my work. Will I be insomnious tonight?

You have struggled with the "flash" program. Your computer teacher may have proceeded quickly without letting you practice more. I suggest that you write down each step to take.
回覆刪除The media literacy is very important, but you don't have to learn a certain program. You could express yourself well enough through the media, but not necessarily through the software.
However, it is a precious experience for you solve the learning problem. I hope that you have met the deadline.
